Managing Payments and Subscriptions on Storefries
Troubleshooting Failed Payments
If you're experiencing difficulties making a payment on Storefries, refer to our accepted payment methods in the Payment Options section. In case of payment issues, please reach out to us at support@storefries.com.
Upgrading to a Paid Plan
Ready to unlock premium features? Enjoy a Free 14-Day Trial of any paid plan! Please note that accounts with prior trials or paid plans are not eligible.
- Click on 'Billing' in the top-right corner.
- Access the Subscription page.
- Click 'Change' to explore our pricing options.
- Select your desired Monthly or Yearly Plan.
- Choose between Basic or Pro Plan based on your preference.
- Input your payment details accordingly.
Updating Your Billing Information
Stay up-to-date with your billing details through the Payment and Billing History page. Here, you can:
"Kindly note that only the Storefries account owner has access to the subscription page, and all billing matters should be managed via Storefries online."
To update your information:
- Go to 'Settings' from Storefries on the web.
- Select 'Subscription'.
- Scroll down to 'Payment & Billing History'.
- Click the 'Change' button to upgrade your plan.
Cancelling Your Paid Plan
While we'd hate to see you go, if you'd like to revert to the free plan, we're here to assist.
To cancel your plan:
- Sign in to Storefries on the web.
- Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Subscription'.
- Click on the 'Cancel' button.
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
Important:
"Monthly plans do not cancel immediately, while yearly plans do. If you encounter any issues with your downgrade, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@storefries.com."
