How to Receive a Refund?

If you're considering a refund and want to understand our policies regarding access duration, here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Requesting a Refund:

  • Log in to Storefries using the web interface.
  • Go to 'Settings' and select 'Subscription'.
  • Within the Subscription page, find and click 'Cancel Plan'.
  • Follow the provided prompts to complete the cancellation process.

  • 2. Important Points to Consider:

  • Refunds for annual plans require direct contact with our support team for assistance.
  • Storefries provides a monthly plan with access until the end of the current month.
  • Note:   "No refunds are offered for monthly subscriptions."

    3. Evaluating Your Subscription Needs:

  • Circumstances change, so it's advisable to carefully assess your requirements before committing to a monthly plan.
  • Doing so ensures that you maximize the benefits of your subscription for the current month.

  • 4. Automatic Cancellation upon Renewal:

  • At the start of the following month, the subscription will be automatically cancelled, and access will cease.
