Summary :

  • Gain a summarized view of followers and following count on your Google My Business listing.
  • Track review count,question count,total click and direction click.

  • Post and Engagement Summary:

  • Evaluate the overall performance of your listing.
  • Measure search and map impressions,total clicks and total conversations.
  • Reviews & Questions Reports:

    Review Count:

  • Monitor the growth of reviews on your Google My Business listing over time.

  • Question Count:

  • Track the growth of questions received on your listing.
  • Performance Reports:

    Search Impressions:

  • Analyze impressions from desktop and mobile Google Search, including average daily impressions.

  • Map Impressions:

  • Examine impressions from desktop and mobile Google Maps, along with average daily impressions and growth rate.

  • Visitor Actions:

  • Assess user interactions with your Google My Business profile, including clicks on phone numbers(call clicks), addresses(direction clicks), and website links(website clicks).

  • Conversations:

  • Track message conversation requests received for your business profile

    Visualise Performance Over Time Frames:

    The Reports module within StoreFries Analytics offers a comprehensive view of your social media channels' performance. A standout feature is the ability to filter data based on specific date ranges. This capability allows you to focus on the metrics that matter most to you.

    1. Go to the Analytics module.
    2. In the top right corner there will be an option to select the time range.
    3. In the drop-down list, you can choose from Today, Yesterday, This week, last 30 days, Custom date range analytics report.
    4. click Analyze.
    Note :  "You will be able to visualise the performance of social media channels from the time when they were connected in storefries."
