Sharing Your Analytics Reports in StoreFries: A Step-by-Step Guide

At StoreFries, we understand the importance of seamless collaboration and efficient sharing of insights. Our platform offers a powerful analytics report sharing feature, allowing you to effortlessly distribute your reports to colleagues, clients, or stakeholders outside the StoreFries environment. Follow these steps to send your reports via email or export them as PDFs

Accessing Your Reports

  1. Log in to your StoreFries account.
  2. Navigate to the Analytics section. This is where you'll find all your analytics reports.

Selecting Your Social Channel

  1. Identify the specific social channel you'd like to share insights from.
  2. For instance, if you're focusing on your Facebook Page, click on it from the top bar on your screen.

Exporting as PDF

StoreFries also offers the option to export your analytics report as a PDF. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Locate the Export as PDF button within the analytics section.
  2. Click on it to generate a PDF version of your report.
  3. The PDF file will be downloaded to your device, ready for sharing or archiving.



Initiating the Email Sharing Process

In the top right corner of the page, you'll spot the report Email button. Click on it to initiate the report sharing process.

Configuring the Email

Once you've clicked the report Email button, a window will pop up. Here, you'll configure the email details:

  • Recipient's Email Address: Enter the email address of the person or group you want to send the report to.
  • Subject: Craft a concise and informative subject line for your email.
  • Message: Add any additional context or comments you'd like to include.
  • Format: The report is sent as pdf format.
  • Send Me a Copy: Select this option if you'd like to receive a copy of the email for your records.



    • Note :  "Press enter after typing your recipient’s email address. You can send a report to multiple recipients."

    Sending Your Report

    Once you've filled in all the necessary details, click the Send button. Your analytics report will be delivered to the specified recipient's inbox.
