In the Profile section, it's your space to shine. Fill in all your personal and professional details here. This helps us get to know you better and tailor your experience accordingly.

Collecting Extra Information:

If we need any additional information from you, we'll present it in the Forms section. You can also find any relevant forms here. You have the flexibility to arrange the forms the way you want, and you can even mark some forms as mandatory so you don't miss out on anything important.

Navigating User Onboarding Flows:

We've made it easy for you to follow step-by-step user onboarding flows. These flows guide you through the process, ensuring you don't miss any crucial details. Let's take a look at how it works:

Page 1 - Store or Brand Details:

Tell us about your store or brand.

If you have multiple stores, no worries! You can add them all.

Choose your retail category from the drop-down list.

Provide your address information in the Address1 Field form.

Your timezone will be automatically set based on your address.

Page 2 - Defining Your Goals:

What's your primary goal? Choose from options like managing conversations, creating analytics reports, scheduling and publishing content, or simply monitoring your social media.

If you have more specific roles, describe them in the provided options.

You can also skip this section if you prefer, but sharing these details helps us enhance our products based on your feedback.

Page 3 - Social Profiles and Privacy:

If you're active on multiple social profiles, let us know how many.

If you're not the only user of Storefries, feel free to mention how many users you'll be adding.

Make sure to read and accept the Privacy Policy.

Once everything looks good, hit that submit button to finalize your Onboarding details.
